Robert Graham Fiore

 

Robert is the Manager of AGF’s Litigation Department, and practices in the areas of serious personal injury, commercial law, insurance law and major subrogation recoveries.  He brings more than twenty years of litigation experience to the firm, having represented both plaintiffs and defendants in Maryland State and Federal Courts.

Robert is certified by the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) to teach advocacy skills, and during the past decade has mentored attorneys from all over the country on jury trial technique and client counseling. He has spoken before the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association and made presentations through the Maryland Institute of Continuing Professional Education of Lawyers (MICPEL) and the National Business Institute (NBI).  He is licensed in Maryland and the District of Columbia and is a member of the state and federal court bars for both jurisdictions as well as the U.S. Supreme Court Bar.  Robert is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, the District of Columbia Bar Association, Maryland Defense Council, Inc., the National Association of Subrogation Professionals, (NASP), and numerous county bar associations.

Robert has served for many years as an Officer and Director of the Homeland Association Inc. in Baltimore City, and provides counsel to homeowners associations throughout Maryland.
