Jud manages AGF's Complex Injury/Wrongful Death practice area that includes cases related to insurance law and serious automobile accidents and airplane crashes, as well as products liability and medical malpractice related injuries. Jud took a lead role in multi-district litigation related to the crash of Atlantic Southeast Airlines Flight 7529, and his efforts were instrumental in achieving historic results for AGF's clients.
Jud also represents clients in a wide variety of business transactions. In particular, Jud has successfully negotiated mergers and acquisitions for many health care professionals and other businesses on the local and national level.
Jud is Past President of the Northern Maryland Chapter of MADD and has lectured and appeared on radio & television shows regarding the dangers of drinking and driving. In connection with AGF's continuing commitment to injury victims, AGF has not represented drunk drivers in criminal proceedings for the past 25 years.
