Dan joined AGF as Of Counsel in 1998. He has a broad range of experience in complex litigation before State and Federal trial and appellate Courts concentrating in complex injury/wrongful death, automobile accidents, insurance law and worker's compensation. Dan has lectured before the Maryland State Trial Lawyers Association on Insurance Litigation topics, and he is a panel member of the Maryland Institute for Continuing Professional Education of Lawyers, Inc. (MICPEL), speaking on Insurance and Maryland Rules Practice in State Court.
Throughout his career, Dan has been active in the Federal, State of Maryland and Baltimore County Bar Associations. He is also a former member of the Attorney Grievance Inquiry Panel of Maryland.
Since 2001, Dan has been approved as a Civil Mediator by the Circuit Courts of Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Howard County and Anne Arundel County, being actively involved in a variety of court appointed matters.
